By accessing or using World Destination Club (“WDC”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WDC provides travel advisory, destination content, affiliate booking links, and concierge-style travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. Final booking terms are governed by the respective provider.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

WDC participates in affiliate programs. When you book through our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our recommendations.

4. Membership

WDC membership provides access to exclusive content, deals, and concierge services. Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable after 7 days of activation. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when making inquiries or bookings
• Not misuse or attempt to circumvent our systems
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

6. Limitation of Liability

WDC is not liable for acts of third-party providers, travel delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to WDC for services, if any.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
